St. Patrick's YOUTH!

Here's a "sampler" of youth activities!

Youth from the Diocese of Maine, including two teen members of St. Patrick's, are once again traveling to the Dominican Republic!  The first trip in the Summer of 2005 was to clear land and to lay the foundation for a bakery in Jalonga.  This summer, the group plans to complete the project.  They must raise funds to support their mission.  Details will appear in the church bulletins and The Shamrock, and the team welcomes any fund-raising ideas you might have!  You can send them to stpatsbrewer@verizon.net !

In order to help our teens raise the necessary funds, the St. Patrick's Vestry has agreed to designate the loose-plate offering from the First Sunday of Each Month to the Dominican Republic Trip!  Even though church funds are tight, the Vestry believes it is important to show our support to the work of the youth in this parish!
